What happens at your first visit?
- Consultation: We listen to your symptoms, history, and goals.
- Examination: We assess your movement and areas of concern.
- Report of findings: We explain what we found and recommend a plan that fits your needs.
If appropriate, your visit may include an adjustment, soft tissue care, exercises, or Class IV laser on the same day.
Insurance and payment
Care that works with your coverage
We work with many PPO and HMO insurance plans, Medicare, and auto-policy MedPay benefits. Our team can help you understand your chiropractic coverage and submit insurance paperwork on your behalf.
Plans may include Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser, American Specialty Health, UnitedHealthcare, and others. Coverage and network participation vary by plan and service. Contact us before your visit so we can help confirm your benefits and discuss any expected out-of-pocket costs.

We explain covered and non-covered services and their costs before you choose care. Ask our team about your payment options.
Need to reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot keep your appointment so we can offer that time to another patient.

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, relevant imaging or medical records if available, and a list of questions or goals. Please ask our team about current forms and arrival instructions when scheduling.
